An Acknowledgement of Country pays respects to the First Nations Peoples and the land upon which people, businesses and communities gather.

 

This is an opportunity for all people to acknowledge the significance and importance of our countries cultural history.

 

One of the ways in which we connect with Acknowledgement of Country is through placements of plaques within Government buildings, workplaces, schools, and community areas.

 

As a 100% Aboriginal owned and Supply Nation certified company, we believe in the cultural importance of connecting with land councils throughout our country. Consultation with our land councils ensures authentic and culturally appropriate wording suitable to the area where the plaque will be placed.

 

In one of our latest projects with Woolworths, we have engaged a young local Indigenous artist to create bespoke artwork designs to be featured on Acknowledgement Plaques placed around the country.
